Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free. To start a return email us at support@moxyactive.co with your order number.

Why so expensive?

Short answer: they are not made in China.

Long Answer: you pay for what you get and we strive to make quality products. We also work hard to keep as much as the manufactuing process in the USA which also raises our manufacturing costs. Comparable to other brands like Lululemon, we are still a bargain and way more fun!

I ordered the wrong size, can this be fixed?

If the order has not gone into production yet we may still have time to fix it. Email support@moxyactive.co with your size information and order number. We will let you know if it is possible to correct the size.

If not unfortunetaly you have two options. Order another one in the right size then return the wrong size for a refund, or wait and exchange the wrong size for the correct one.

Manufacturing

What is POD (Print on demand)?

Did you know that up to 70% of fashion ends up in garbage dump? Isn't that wasteful? To help reduce waste we use a POD manufacturing process to make your leggings when you order them, reducing waste.

Are these Made in the USA?

Most of our products are assembled in the USA with foreign materials. We do strive to make everything within the USA but sometimes that is not possible. In some cases, especially when we are behind, we use other facilities outside the US to help get caught back up. Regardless, your product will be the same quality and have the same look and feel.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long until I recieve my item?

Production and shipping time vary but you can expect to get your product within 5-8 days.

Where are my items?

You should have recieved tracking information when you ordered. If you did not please check your spam folder and add us to your safe sending list.

If you still cannot find your order or having another issue please reach out to support below.

Why did I only recieve part of my order?

We sometime manufacture your activeware in different factories. If that is the case you will get multiple packages. Tracking information is sent out for each package.
